Based on the 334,374,494 shares outstanding those $153m or A$221.75 claimed correspond to some A$0.66 per share or tenfold today's share price and that amount does not yet include interests and legal fees to be paid by Bayan.
While Bayan may or may not succeed in disputing the $54m (A$143.46m) of lost profit at least the $99m of wasted expenditure for the Tabag plant seem highly likely to be awarded to WEC. That would still represent an impressive A$0.43 per share and that's again before interest and legal fees.
