    There's a lot of ambiguity on when any award amount will be announced. I'm surprised the company haven't clarified it (i.e. at conclusion of the hearing or if there will be a delay).

    The note from the company states "the quantum of damages payable to BCBCS will be determined by the SICC in the third tranche of the proceedings which has been set for 21 September to 30 September 2020"
