Ann: KSC Legal dispute update, page-7

I had a short look on the anual reports since 2012 with regard to litigation/legal costs. They sum up:
2012 4,448 mio
2013 8,380 mio
2014 4,350 mio
2015 3,203 mio
2016 4,517 mio
2017 1,895 mio
2018 0,650 mio
2019 0,659 mio
Based on the past experience the court is likely to approve 50 % of litigation expenses. I am not sure about the interest rate that can be taken as a basis but 1.5 % should be a very moderate floor. My conservative assumption on an the award is:
AUD 143m + AUD 15m interest (1,5% - 7 years) + AUD 14m (litigation costs) ~ AUD 172m
