I don’t understand the claim WEC is making regarding expansion of the plant to 3mt with respect to the forgone profits.
The particulars agreed by both sides was that it could operate at the designed capacity of 1m tonnes per year. I also don’t understand why they haven’t claimed any future economic loss for the expected operating life of the plant
