I wrote to MM and IR at the weekend and asked about the current status:

- When can we expect current production results from MH?
- Is everything basically going according to plan or are there problems with the ramp-up or preparation for commercial mining?
- What is the status of the Misima project? Barrick Gold recently announced that it will reopen its Porgera mine in the near future, probably in Q1 2024...

No answer so far. I would post any feedback here as soon as possible, but there may be an update in the near future. If this can be linked to today's price performance, I would assume positive news as gold is facing significant headwinds and we have risen against the trend here today.

But other gold players (for example SLR, RED, PRU) also bucked the trend today, rising slightly but in some cases significantly. Not such a bad sign if the thesis that the mines act as "forerunners" is still correct
