I sincerely hope you are correct and the decisions are being made by the directors and not the power brokers.
We might have 19 mill but they got 26 mill. Remember that. We got 19 mill but it cost us (you, me & the whole HC crew) 20% of our holdings effectively to pay for it. How many of the HC crew would have said "yes take 20% of my shares so you can raise some cash"?
I might have if they offered me some 20 or 30c options.
