Are you meaning a Share purchase Plan? What use would that have been? No shareholder would currently be taking it up. How many shareholders does KSS have? I know others have stated but any of those shareholders who want shares at placement price they can wait till its 72c again or buy under 72c at anytime they like. I think they didn't need to raise so much money but its done. They probably won't need money for another 12 months and many boxes will be ticked by then.

I don't see price going above 72/74c for a while unless some big shareholders wants to get shares.
