The idea that there is someone trying to keep a lid on the price in order to accumulate is ludicrous in my opinion.
This is a company that is very close to running out of cash. IF someone truly wants a large position then they’d also want their cash to be used to capitalise the company via a capital raise. This would only take a simple phone call to a board eager for cash in my opinion.
If it looks like people are selling into the news before launch then a more likely explanation is that people are selling into the news before a launch. A lot of shares came out of escrow recently.
