There could be a loose relationship between PLP and KTA. A Director of PLP is also a Financial or Corporate Adviser for the same investment firm that raised money for KTA (one of the firms).
Just saying it could be nothing. PLP has gone from 0.5 to 2 cents recently on Lithium.
