Those tenements should have been acquired by the Directors for KGD in the first place.
That's what they a paid for.....and I would have thought they had a duty, and obligation, to act with KGD's interests in mind first when pursuing commercial activities in the same space.
Shareholders with 5% should be calling a meeting and sacking them.
