I think I am being more than fair given the extent of the share price crash and the subsequent dilution we have just suffered.
SHP does not have the capital to take the first project through to BFS.It would cost $20 million and take two years.
The option of building a management team under chairman Farmer and co is just wrong as the more people you bring in the lower the commitment to sell.
Overheads should be cut to the minimum while every effort is made to sell or JV the project .
No one on the board other than Gilchrist has any potash experience so they have no credibility when they sit down opposite potential buyers.
A chairman with a monster ego has no place in a mining company.
The removal of Gilchrist was and remains a disaster for SHP.
The sooner the board face up to this, the better it will be for the SHP share price.
