    Not sure if you know them personally but I always stay sceptical when I see such a hughe dominance of one person in the board, you need to ensure that your interest as a minority shareholder will stay safe and not jeopardise by the big guys. MC at full dillution is +$60m and they will rise capital for sure otherwise what is the point of listing. I may be wrong, time will tell.
