from what i can gather from the Sub Holder notices there is only 1 party with more than 9MM shares - basically the team that came in ~2years ago and renamed the company Kunene. i'm guessing that this mornings transaction is that management team selling down their shares to the new D13 people. it dont think its coincidental that the 2.5c price aligns with the 2.5c prices nominated for the new shares to be issued per today's announcement.
if that is the case - then hats off to the Kunene management because i think that means that they've sold a fair chunk of their own stock at 2.5c so that the other holders can get theirs away for more. i was in for the copper exploration story and know nothing about drones so i took the massive liquidity spike this morning as a chance to sell out. i certainly got much more than 2.5c per share so thanks to the current management for landing this deal.
