Just going through a few of these posts - h'mm I think management would have to be extremely naïve not to have taken transport, logistics, power, licenses etc into consideration and risk assessing, before going this far with the project.
Sure this is a high risk play but, if you didn't have a reasonable level of confidence that those basic fundamentals where achievable why even bother starting. For me worth a crack at these levels. But, I have risk assessed my investment - time will tell the story.
