Thats actually incorrect to say it will take longer now.
If you read the update you will see that there is still more construction required in order to erect the smelters anyway. (Which is on schedule). Also they have stated that this will be complete before the smelters arrive.
It would make no difference if the smelters were there right now as they would be sitting on site waiting for the necessary building construction to be complete.
At least we now have clarity with a date of shipment in regards to the first two smelters.
Just be patient my friend.
