    I doubt it KSD. My guess is that it'll be similar to the last proposed Kuro spin out (i.e. there will be 1 free share for x number of atrum shares, + cash component via public offer, which Atrum share holders will have priority to participate in). So all up the cash will only suffice to determine Elan resource.
