I think they would want a higher SP as the baseline to launch from and wouldn't want the SP to keep sliding.

now that the buyback is also extended, let's see if the buyback will kick in to prevent the SP from free fall beyond 0.009.

There will be a lot of subtle cues and telltale signs here based on how the mgmt chooses to handle this situation. The ball is in their court and they have all the tools they need - cash and permission to buyback.

The question is will they use the tool available to them? and if they don't, then why didn't they?
