All good and well @TrayonRanger and @lostman. There are takeovers and there are takeovers imo.
Your comments are imo accurate that there can be no complete change of ownership ie. 100%, without the two major holders accepting. However, I believe it does not mean there will not be an unconditional offer from Hancock. I have stated before that if/when Hancock chooses to exceed 20% (other than under the creep provisions of 3% each 6 months), they would be required to make an offer to all shareholders. Such an offer may allow them to accumulate many more shares during its currency. I do not know how long it would have to be open, but any acceptances would be paid the money and they may be able to accumulate a substantially bigger holding that may still not deliver them 100%.
I think it is a possibility, if not a probability.
