Not quite right.
A take over is possible if TG (and friends) in favour on their own.
But it's not possible if Gina is in favour on her own.

See the takeover types which are defined in the law;



Neither TG nor Gina can't make a takeover offer under the first and second types as they both require a compulsory acquisition of over 90% of shares. Which also means 10.1% enough to block the compulsory acquisition.

However the third option which is SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT which is the popular type of takeovers in Australia requires 75% of the shares and 50% by number of shareholders.

Because Hancock holds 19.90% (whatever it is now but can't be over 20%) that means Hancock has to find another 5% to block to Scheme of Arrangement takeover offer. So there is a probability that a takeover offer might happen if LTR management is in favour of takeover offer.

Btw, I don't want to sell my shares anymore. So not much interested with low ball offers including $3 anyway. I'm here for the long term now.
