Isn't the 5% rule true for EVERYONE?
"...has to report a movement of in excessof 1% (point)..."
Now I know the 1% rule is true for every takeover bidder, with reporting expected quick-smart!
Not sure abou the SoA, but there may be differences for that path.
How's this for a joint venture, say HP & RIO?
Entities are not bound by the 20% rule IF they are NOT holders of each others shares!
