In current circumstances, I still am thinking a likely Gina tactic would be to launch an unconditional full cash bid, but at a derisory low price, and swoop on as many shares on market as her brokers can grab.
Offer need not be fair, and could happen tomorrow, for instance.
She might grab a further 15% within 24 hours, at say $2.00.
She is one of the few who could (theoretically) finance a full cash take-over, without due diligence. Albermarle could not, imho. Rio could.
