I agree 100% that she could well do that! I have been saying since way back when that on or off takeover offers do not need to be struck at a level to get all shares. I feel Hancock would be quite comfortable to own say 45% of all shares and effectively control the company. I wouldn't like it, but that's the regulatory regime we have.
