Strongly disagree.
AZS and projects like Patriot, are years away now, due to short term price downturn, and I think will miss the next boom. It is the lowest marginal capex projects like those of LTR and PLS that will come into the stack first, not requiring even external financiers probably.
And as to LTR's costs, clearly these are now more certain than when Gina paid $3 plus, and ALB completed their DD. From all reports, mining is going along as planned, and like the electricity contract, is largely a fixed price contract.
What aspect of cost do you see as hugely unknown and volatile, without confusing ramp up and recovery risks, which clearly haven't changed.
