Chinasyndrome - the dates will be released soon. Already the required translations in 2 languages will be complete next month to facilitate the public consultations - SIA. Add to this an mou with business community - there has already been much public consultation.
Yes it will experience - like any large scale project a few delays but I can see this progressing rapidly now the big one has been approved - the company has put in the framework already to fast track that and with Nielsen on the ground (another smart forward thinking progressive company decisions).
