It sure feels like an expropiation, but I'm not a legal expert, so it's hard for me to predict a probability for a succesful outcome.

And even if there is a succesful outcome, it's very difficult to predict wether the goverments will abide by the court or do as they please. It's very hard for a goverment to go against the voters in something they explicitly decided against.

So even in the case of a win in court, the goverments need to decide to put their citizens to the side to grant ETM a license or money (which would have a big impact given the small GDP).

While one could argue that this would scare investment in Greenland, it's not as if investment is not already scared and they cared about it...


I put this stock in the too hard to value bucket but very interesting to watch.

I see this ticket as lotery type reward.
