Have to get an eia approved ,an sia updated and approved by the community which has already said no, in fact they got to submit their application again with massive changes clearly it will take time , they also have to complete sections 86 and 19/43
the longest from acceptance to granting is 8 years while the next sections have been as long as an additional 5 years and they were with projects they liked. two years to mining is very generous particularly if they don't spend a lot of time this year in the field ,working flat out i would say 5 years would be the quickest and this would be independant of what happens in court to slow it down
