A FID decision is targeted for 31 December 2025 (or such later date as agreed by the parties) and the parties agree to engageexclusively on the Project until the FID decision is made or the Deed is terminated.Subject to a positive FID being made by both parties, the parties intend to promptly form an incorporated joint venture (with COB tohold 70% and IWA 30%), to build, commission and operate KCR. QUOTE

Further information regarding future plans as COB progresses the workload to build towards the decision IMO
