    I would say the basic exclusion of China from the Western supply space has made a hostile move far less likely IMO, this plus a long period working with Japan and more specfically Iwatani Corporation makes some other approach unlikely. A mix of funding, private, sovereign and an anticipated cornerstione equity holding directly from Iwantani (even the tails may get a small lookin) have been indicated consistently. All the while reiterating COB's 100% ownership.
