My weighting for KYK is pretty high already, so I don't intend to accumulate much further, although I will try seek to purchase one more parcel by end of this week.
In terms of buy-out price, it would at minimum need to around the 8 cents mark. Anything less than that would mean less than a $4mn gain for Richard White, which I highly doubt he'll be OK with (considering he earns ~$3mn p.a. from rent of offices alone).
Given RW's strategy of slow, behind the scenes accumulation, it's a waiting game for investors like us to see what ultimately eventuates. And in the meantime, KYK continues to gain solid business momentum (i.e. sales growth with gross margin expansion), which the market will need to eventually acknowledge.
