I agree, they shouldn't have made any announcements at all.. Then the comments of secrecy of whom the client is? This is simply an analytical too, so why would it be so secret... And the comment that in the Insurance market that they won't be able to name other clients?? WTF..
sounds like a buisness model where it's just a software add on, rather than an embedded feature. Perhaps the only way forward is if they are swallowed up by someone.. The past 5 days have been poorly handled, amateurish to say the least.. I'll hold on a little longer.. but keeping a close eye on it. As they need some major announcements of revenue stream
