Eligible shareholders are expected to receive 1 ordinary Kali share for every 17.64 ordinary Kalamazoo share (1 for 17.64) via an in-specie distribution, subject to final shareholder and regulatory distribution.

The deadline is December 22nd, 2023. Whoever holds the Kalamazoo shares on that day (I estimate midnight, if there was a change of ownership on that day) will receive the free shares in Kali Metals.
