I have say I’m with Xman on this. I get a sense the noose is tightening. If the court has previously rejected the argument that L&M are making in this new case, it’s possible they have new information - or are confident they’ll get it.
For Bathurst management to state that L&M are vexatious is rather arrogant given the courts have ruled against them (BRL) at every turn so far.
