The numbers here are not adding up for me.
40% JV with Latin Resource whom currently have a MC of $25.23 AUD. Meaning LPD's share in that JV would be worth $16.82 Million AUD.
Currently LPD has a market cap of $22.75 Million AUD
Meaning the approx $6,000,000 difference covers the following:
-L-Max Technlogy!
-Royal Project (Canada) (Currently 10% ownership with a path to move to 70%.)
-Euroiwie (Broken Hill, NSW) (100% Ownership)
-Lamare (Quebec, Canada) (Up to 75%)
-Third Element Minerals JV with ASX:CAS (50%)
Plus the other agreement's I have excluded.
Correct me if I am wrong.
