LPD as a subsidiary or GXY wouldn't gain 3rd party processing arrangements from competitors, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Fact is that 12% of a company producing 120,000 tons LCE at a near zero cost basis is pretty appealing. That was the aim stated in an interview with Tom Dukovcic. Postcode numbers.
