This option means no further share holder dilution, only US DFC debt and a platform to prove our tech at commercial scale. Reading between the lines of COP28/LPD announcements, I surmise that the Abu Dhabi govt would prefer finance announcements be closer to the opening of this event thus green washing the occasion around the end of Nov23. Obviously once operational and producing, profit would be split to agreed proportionality.

Hope my synopsis is right? 5 years is a long wait.
