I give you many points for enthusiasm, @Deznuts, but unfortunately none for accuracy.
The 15kg/hour is concentrate feed, not output. It takes about 9.6667 tonnes of concentrate feed to make 1 tonne of LC, so you need to divide the 131 tonnes by that.
Next, while we can dream of a plant operating 24/365, the reality is employees need sleep and plants need maintenance, so you'll only probably get 75%-80% plant utilisation. So you need to multiply by somewhere around 0.75 to 0.8.
131.4/9.667*.78 = 10.6t
Confirming it another way, P1 is 7tph for 5000tpa.
15/7000*5000 = 10.714t
So call it 10 to 10.5tpa.
That Australian Mining article was before they confirmed the plant will have capacity up to 5000t. So it's actually 2000-5000tpa.
