Why do you expect that now given they announced it would take until end of May for commisioning. To me commissioning would imply the process is tested and perhaps starting to get some sample out.
then they will need to fine tune things to get grades correct etc. I imagine they would start a continuous production run sometime after that. If we got news of that start prior to end of May I'd be pleasantly surprised
