    Not well versed in this type of offer. So if shareholders buy at .53 per share, are we expecting the price to come down dramatically before of shortly afterwards? What stops people from buying at .53 and immediately selling at the higher market price? And wouldn’t that tank the market price? Any insight is appreciated
