I think selling has only just began.
SUR have only 2.9 mil in cash and burning it at a rate of$300000 per quarter.
By drill time they may only have $2.0 mil left.
I reckon a capital raising could be on the cards real soon.
Probably will have to be below current price IMO to raise sufficient to remain 50% equity partner in this Thai permit particularly if the first well is a duster which it could well be.
