Success continues in PB - from the Beach Qtly today -
Development and exploration drilling
The Perth Basin operated drilling campaign concluded during the quarter with a gas discovery at Redback Deep 1.
The well reached total depth of 4,605 metres on 20 March 2024 and intersected 28 metres of net gas pay in high quality Kingia Sandstone reservoir across a 64-metre gross section, comparable to the offset well Beharra Springs Deep 1.
Redback Deep 1 has been completed as a producer and flow testing will be undertaken in Q4 FY24.

Once again we see the Kingia Reservoir come up with the goods. Look this is just an amazing reservoir that keeps producing.
The rig we have booked the Ventia 106 continues with success in PB.
CT keeps reminding frequently as fact, with 3D the PB drill success rate currently sits at over 60%.

The Booth prospect, located in the east of L7, is planned to be the first well in the upcoming Joint Venture’s drilling campaign, targeting gas at the Kingia-High Cliff reservoirs with potential for oil or gas in the overlying Dongara and Jurassic sandstones.
Now MIN is having success in the sandstones as well so our drill is truly Supa sized.
