As for buying the news, be mindful that people have been waiting on the sidelines for a correction to buy in off the back off very low volume and price action the past month. Today’s news simply flushed out those sidelined buyers who had to pay a premium on yesterday’s closing price. Also, when a company upgrades its resource, people generally buy the added value regardless of how “meh” or spectacular it is. So the price action today makes sense to me either way. Buying/selling will continue tomorrow accordingly.
