With all respect, Doug Gillies (TEG) who consented to the information in this announcement, with his 35 years in petroleum and phd in geology, is as qualified to give the opinion if not more so than Tony Cortis? What information are you saying is missing here without Tony’s contribution?
As for buying the news, be mindful that people have been waiting on the sidelines for a correction to buy in off the back off very low volume and price action the past month. Today’s news simply flushed out those sidelined buyers who had to pay a premium on yesterday’s closing price. Also, when a company upgrades its resource, people generally buy the added value regardless of how “meh” or spectacular it is. So the price action today makes sense to me either way. Buying/selling will continue tomorrow accordingly.
