My approach is that I don't stick with companies that do dodgy stuff. Clearly not calling a TH on the day of your biggest announcement in forever is a joke. Glad I left this cap raise. Do the same with deep discount placements without a matching SPP. Your loyal shareholders get diluted so some rich knobs can lap up the reduced risk/return at later stages of getting to production. No thanks. Sell and move on.
I'll take a few grand loss and move onto something I can trust to do a better job for its shareholders.
