Think it was the ill timed cap raise and the amount that they raised in relation to their market cap that has caused this. Some companies would have taken the punt to raise half then and the other half maybe on or near the spud announcement ? so safety first is probably why the share price is where it is ?
Anyways Monday they should bring out an update to what the timing looks like
