The missing information is in the "Transaction Supplement" letter dated 20/11/19 which is referred to in the Annexure A to the 26/11/19 LMGI announcement, but not provided, ie details of the 48 tranches, expiry date or dates and premia paid & received. But looking at the Takeovers Panel Guidance Note 20 which is referred to in the LMGI announcement, they probably have given the minimum detail required.

So much for transparency and an informed market, to avoid " unacceptable circumstances in relation to equity derivatives".

Is this something that EVN has the responsibility to pursue on behalf of the other 94% of shareholders?
