Well, to summarise the obvious, given the current US REE demand curve paired with the wake up call to this vulnerability, its going to be a damn good place to be.
Trumps legacy aside (although I did laugh at "1. Trump is not going to win..." I recall having heard that before), the long and short of it is that this "trade-war" has exposed a critical weakness in the dependence in CN for the near future of this side of its industry.
Given the implications of a disruption of supply to these priority industries, regardless of who is in office, it will be rectified. When domestic refinery is operational, well.... if you cant work that one out, don't invest
