"I expect a bid from someone post EGM notice."

I hope your expectations come true.

The question though is when will the EGM notice come out. The Quarterly said "It is expected that the notice of meeting will be dispatched towards the end of June 2019".

Management have two business days left in June. I would like to think that with two days to go, HAV management would know whether they will hit or miss another one of their own deadlines and therefore if they are going to miss this deadline and they need more time they would have let us know.

However, based on past experience, when there is bad news or delays, HAV management will usually choose to say nothing and keep us shareholders in the dark. I hope I'm wrong and the EGM notice goes out on Friday. If it's not going to be released on Friday, they should have already known this and have already advised us of the delay, the reason for the delay and the expected further time required.
