WOW another great announcement. I think when people really catch on to what this could mean for the world's carbon emissions this will fly. If concrete production is responsible for the same CO2 emissions as the world's car fleet, this is the same as an announcement saying that they can now produce petrol/diesel cars that have a 50% reduced CO2 emissions. This is saving the planet and making us hopefully lots of dollars. what is there not to like. Volume traded today has gone up so more interest being created.
Next thing for us to get an announcement on would be more offtake. Once we are cashflow positive, the market will realise we have spare cash to spur the green concrete revolution. If we can sell out Pittong that should give us approx $10 million EBITA which equates to EPS of 1.2 cents which should give us a SP on earnings of 10-12 cents and that is without the blue sky potential of the green concrete. We have kaolin on both sides of Oz so could easily supply local markets without the transport costs and CO2 emissions.
