A quick Google search tells me that Moz' gas worker wages typically range between around $13,000 - $83,000 MZN pcm. If I take the median of $48,000, divide by 20 days & convert to AUD and we are looking at roughly $42 AUD per day.
For example's sake, we take the median of the $10-$15 commission, say $12.50, that's 33.6%. That's pretty good.
(Assuming they are referring to AUD in the announcement).
