Finally completed my DD on this and have taken a small entry parcel at 4.3 cents. Will look to add to this over the coming months while works progress and funds become available.

The project is exciting and new CEO and Chief GEO looking to make names for themselves. Ross and Michael have obviously seen what they've done in the past and see their potential - you dont hand over the keys to a stock which you owned a combined 50%+ of if you don't think they're going to turn it into a mine.

    A few brief notes:

    Projects:

    • Denain Project

    • Labyrinthe Gold Project

    Labyrinthe Gold Project

    • - 479+koz Au at 7.1g/t (non-Jorc NI43-101) - Measured and indicated

    • - Historic Underground mine that remains accessible and includes five main levels to a depth of 130m below surface

    • - Drilling continuing to upgrade the resource to JORC compliant

    • - 5000m initial drill program planned

    • - This drilling will follow up on high-grade historical intersections (refer to ASX announcement released post period end on 10 March 2022) of the significantly prospective Boucher lodes that are located into the footwall of the existing historical underground mine and exist within the Labyrinth fault system that has been mapped over a strike length exceeding 4km, including results such as: o 2.39m @ 26.9 g/t Au from 218m o 1.45m @ 32.9 g/t Au from 490m o 2.4m @14.6 g/t Au from 227m2

    • - Existing underground mine – last mined in the 80s. Still open and in really great nick - I.e. no dewatering required, no ground support issues, no rehab, etc.

    • -Mine didn't fall over due to poor grade, ground issues, etc. It failed due to unforeseen circumstances with the owners and misaligned focus.

    • - Geology goes to +1 kilometre deep, the mine currently is only down to 130m depth – long way to go

    • - Only drilled to 500m depth and they've already hit gold. Most ore bodies in this region don't really open up until 500m deep due to how the local structure propagated through the rock

    • - Under drilled – really only drilled to maintain licences since the mid 80s

    • - Drilling has hit visible gold outside the official resource (12th April)

      Abitibi Belt:

      • - Historic workings along the belt near Labyrinth – small scale

      • -Kerr Addison mine is 22km away. - 12Moz resource (closed in the mid 90s because they didn’t pay their power bills, pumps turned off and it filled with water – all gear is still down there)

      • - Large amount of mines with large resources nearby I.e. Timmins 71Moz, Kirkland Lake 24Moz, Val D'or 20Moz, Young-Davidson – 5.6Moz etc.

      • - Newfound Gold (to near west) are drilling the same structure as Labyrinth and have 20km of strike of mineralised ore body

      • -7 new land claims along the Abitibi Belt adjacent to the Labyrinthe project have been obtained (on the Ontario side)

    Denaine Project

    • - The Denain Project is located 60km east of the town of Val d’Or and comprises 13 Claims across a tenure area of 360ha at the eastern abutment of the renowned Cadillac-Larder Lake Fault, which also hosts the current largest Canadian gold mine in Canadian Malarctic.

    • - 10 drill holes totalling 1,010m seeking to confirm historic high-grade results on two prospects (North Vein & South Vein)

    • - 15 further holes (3400m) planned
